Stormy weather Shetland

Hello my dear Steemians,

 

After my busy week yesterday I have few days off today and tomorrow, before my night shifts. Actually today is a Public Holiday here in Scotland. That was decided recently by Scottish Government and the reason is really very surprising, it is because Scottish Football team managed into World Cup. Since it was announced it was announced in NHS Scotland that we will have public holiday today 15th of June. Understandably for many people it is a great extended weekend, for me it is anyway a day off so I would be either way at home.

What to do today? I decided to grab my watercolour tools and to do watercolour portrait and with hope to finish it if not today but tomorrow. We will see if that will work. I will keep you updated on the results.

In meantime, yesterday we watched my favourite crime series that was produced in Scotland and called “Shetland” with DJ Jimmy Petez who was played by Douglas Henshall my favourite actor. If you watched that series you might remember the house where DI Perez lived, it was a small house just at water and over there you could see boats both on water and in front of the house.

After that, my hubby @myskye decided to create the digital art for the topic of stormy weather in Shetland. I really love it and I hope you will love it too.
