We did it! The greatest couple painters on a street in any universe. Six wonderful master and missus pieces about space, marriage and winter wanderlust. And right on time because we are deadline oriented folks. Our first was Martian Garden, begun in November, and finally Fred and Linda met to say good riddance to the second hardest winter of our lives. Fred and Linda are space hippos, a gentle species separated by an earlier epoch’s exodus from their original home in the Fleabit System. Fred is a captain in the Fleabit Space Force and thrilled to find such a beauty of his species thriving thirteeen light years away. Linda is a humble sock knitter for the Mayor’s family and smitten with the handsome and debonair Fred. It is love at first sight in a cruel, unpredictable galaxy. Special thanks to our granddaughter, FT, for the drawing of two Hippos in like and in love. A special touch to another happy ending.
