now i wake up, its off, i cant access via ftp and i cant send mails from the account, despite yesterday afternoon everything working fine ... 99% uptime huh ... so far its been nothing but excuses, bad communication and now DOWN site

after the site was down and i checked the ftp, mail and the url they gave me in case my domain name wasnt transferred yet (good thing i kept it with the original registrar as i always do or theyd have control over that too) i decided in 2026 this was 4 days more than enough , got another package somewhere else and that was up and available in about ten minutes ... paid and all, for around €86 for 3 years with 5 times more space and cronjobs and extra perks
In fact i have no clue why google put the other ones first when i was looking except "om te emmen" perhaps ... 1 hour later the domain name spread far enough so my site was online ... no interventions, automatic checkout (you would assume thats the norm in 2026 for an "ICT" company ... it sure is for about every dutch and german webshop ... i dont buy belgian often because i had too much trouble of the same kind im experiencing now already and im still wondering why i actually did it, i must have been airy from a few days of distorted rythm.
Yesterday afternoon after i set up the mail servers for the new host i get a mail from the first ones that

can you imagine the insult that actually holds, telling someone "the gnomes probably moved your nameservers while you were sleepingn and you didnt notice" ??? which kinda speaks for the kind of people theyre used to dealing with who probably dont know what a nameserver is even .. easy targets
So i replied once more that "YES INDEED, thats because i moved hosts, THEY were up and running in about ten minutes on a sunday night and THEN i moved my domain to their nameservers so YES INDEED, they're not anymore, im already hosted somewhere else" and asked my money back for the second time ...
In fact, i shouldnt have to because even in soviet belgium where Unizo is the ruling party i have a legal right to recall online purchases for 14 DAYS, even if they didnt behave like that , treated me like a third-rate idiot and didnt follow up unless in chunks of about 48 hours ... i can just recall it without reason, pretty much like the dutch, and why the dutch take all business ?
THEY got 30 days recall right, i NEVER heard anyone there even debate a recall, they simply say "ofcourse" and you get the money back, i have known several cases where i didnt even have to return the article as its too much hassle AND HERE WE TALKING ABOUT A DIGITAL PACKAGE, THERE IS NOTHING TO RETURN
