Whats it about?

At the Foamfall Festival in Hammergrove, the players' close friend Borin Mugbreaker dares them to steal the Golden Stein from the Brewer's Guild — a dare they accepted before realizing he was serious. Last Stein Standing is a 5E-compatible heist comedy one-shot for two players at levels 2-3, designed to play in two to three hours with zero preparation required. Three branching paths to the heist, four memorable NPCs, a sobriety mechanic with a hidden secret, and a finale that rewards both careful planning and blackout mistakes.
