INGREDIENTS
💚 broccoli 💚 greenpeas 💚 capsicum 💚 Oil 💚 Garlic Ginger paste 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Vegetable masala powder 💚 Salt 💚Onion 💚 Tomato 💚 Coriander leaves
Step1 :
Take small mushrooms called bud mushrooms and cut them into small pieces and keep them in the sun for a while. Why keep them in the sun? Only then will we get the vitamin D from them. Tehn wash then with water.
Step 2 :
Clean the garlic and ginger, grind them into a paste, and set it aside; similarly, finely chop the tomatoes and keep aside.
Step 3 :
Place a pan on the stove, pour in some oil, and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and let them splutter.
Step 4 :
Once those two have fried, add the chopped onions and sauté them; then, add the chopped capsicum and sauté thoroughly.
Step 5 :
Take the prepared ginger-garlic paste, add it in, and mix well; then, add the peas and turmeric powder, and sauté thoroughly.
Step 6 :
Now, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté them; while doing so, keep the flame on low.
Step 7 :
Now, take the chopped broccoli pieces, add them one by one, and sauté thoroughly. Then, sprinkle a little water, add the vegetable masala powder, and mix well. Let it cook on a low flame for about ten minutes.

Now, the spicy and juicy Broccoli Stir Fry is ready. We can serve this Broccoli Stir Fry with various dishes such as chappati, parotha, poori or rice
