The Creative Writing: Cooking Plantain And Beans,My Delicious Delicacy.
Greetings to you all, welcome to my local Kitchen
Introduction
Plantain is a food that has iron and when mixed with beans that has protein it gives the body at least 80% body building.
So I want to share on how I cooked it in my local method.
Step By Step Of How I Cooked It
The first thing I did was that,I picked up those plantains I bought from the market, washed them in a clean water so that sand will not enter it,then I peeled the ripe plantains, took time to check if there's any dead ones,so after being through with it z,I washed it and put in a flat plate so that it drained out the water, after that process being achieved,I took up the beans and do the separation of sand,at this point,I was carefully enough to make sure I removed all the sands from the beans, this is where evey chef has to be careful for better results.

• Ripe plantain
• Iron Beans
• Onion
• Fresh Pepper
• Maggi
• Salt
• Palm oil
• Water
• Crayfish

When I was through,I checked the beans if it was soft,so that I will add the plantain to it,so when I discovered that it was soft,I bring my local tuner, It is call Efa in my local language,to turned it while adding all the ingredients including the ripe plantain.
After few seconds,I added the fresh palm oil and turned it again to mixed everything together, then I covered it waiting for the finall result.
At this moment, food is ready and I bring it down,dish it into a plate,now it becomes a good food for humans consumption.
So my colleagues this is how I cooked my local beans and ripe plantain.
