Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog.

Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 20 /05/2026 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.

The morning was hectic for me. I woke up early by 5 :00 am, because there was pilled of dirty clothes to be washed and I was on morning duty as well. Coming out of the laundry room, every way was clear and bright 🌞. I spray out all clothes in on dryer. As a mother of two, I love keeping my children cloth neat to reduce dermatitis. Thereafter, I rush and enter to prepare my breakfast.

The meal below is pasta 🍝 (marcogni )with Egg. This is one of the simple but fast breakfast. Pasta is known worldwide and lovely enjoy by thousands of families. We had a good time and enjoyed this delicious breakfast together.

We all left to work, returning home the Sun was so hot sun we decided to use some fruit and chilled our bodies.

During the day, I was craving for one of our local recipe...Red oil Rice mixed with Iron Beans and I decided to Cook it.

My local rice with veggies and egg recipe is one of the most simplest, fast, and proteinous meal that will never take your time. It requires few ingredients and steps in preparation.

If you wish to try, the following was my ingredients. Rice, , Fish, Onion, Palm oil, Crayfish, Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Salt to taste, Seasoning cubes. This is one of my favorite meal, I do enjoy it at any time of the day be it morning afternoon or evening. To make it proteinous,I added boiled eggs. We ate to our satisfaction and took nap.

Waking up, my sister in-law returned from markets and got us stone bread and groundnut and water. All of us was excited to see and consumed her wholehearted token gifts.

This meal is cherish by bricklayers, students and travellers. It is one of the fast meal readily available, affordable and Accessible to everyone in my country.

My evening was clear bright, I work on my veranda, with my little children, we watered our Aloe Vera, along the lines, I set my eye on a pawpaw tree, look and behold one of it was ripe, I use a stick plunge it down. I peel it and enjoy it.

Taking fruit at least once a day improve human health and well being. Pawpaw is essential fruit that helps in proper digestion of food and promote good sleep.
