Digital Art | Davannah, the Crimson Fire 🔥

Good evening, my dearest readers in the #Steemit community! Happy Tuesday to all of you. I hope you’re all doing great. Your friend Manuel is here to greet you once again, and I’m thrilled to share another one of my artistic creations: #steemexclusive. In this case, I wanted to create a character who was something like a kind of elemental girl, whom I named (Davannah), the Crimson Fire Girl—a girl with the amazing yet dangerous ability to generate and control fire at will, a power that has taken her years of hard training to perfect, but which is now part of her, of her very essence, almost like breathing.

Muy buenas noches mis queridísimos lectores y lectoras de la comunidad de #Steemit, feliz martes para todos ustedes, espero que se encuentren super bien por aquí los saluda una vez más su amigo Manuel super feliz de poder compartir una más de mis creaciones artísticas #steemexclusive. En este caso quise crear un personaje que fuese algo así como una especie de chica elemental, a la cual llamé por el nombre de (Davannah), la del Fuego Carmesí, una chica con la asombrosa y al mismo tiempo peligrosa habilidad de general y controlar el fuego a Voluntad, un poder que le ha tomado años de duro entrenamiento lograr perfeccionar, pero que ahora forma parte de ella, de su esencia, casi como el respirar.

I hope you like my idea, and here’s a glimpse of the process so you can appreciate it even more

Espero les guste mi idea, y aquí les dejare un poco del proceso para que lo aprecien mucho mejor:

PROCESS / PROCESO

To start, I focused heavily on establishing the pose and body structure. In this case, to make the fire element stand out, I decided to draw Davannah raising her right hand and making a gesture as if she were conjuring fire from between her fingers. Once the sketch and the idea were clear, I moved on to the coloring process. For the skin, for example, I used fairly light tones and a touch of soft red to add warmth to the cheeks, eyelids—in short, the entire middle section of the face.

Empezando me centre mucho en construir la pose y estructura corporal, en este caso para que el elemente fuego tubería protagonismo lo que se me ocurrió fue dibujar a (Davannah) elevando su mano derecha y haciendo una especie de geste de generar el fuego de entre sus dedos. Ya una vez el boceto y la idea quedo clara me pase al proceso de coloreado, para la piel por ejemplo use tonos bastante claros y un poco de rojo suave para dar calidez a la zona de las majillas, parpadas, en fin, toda la zona media del rostro.

As for the eye color, I wanted to use a few orange shades to create an intense, warm, and fiery look, and for the lip color, I opted for slightly more salmon-toned shades that would complement the skin tone. As for the hair, I decided to use intense red shades to create a hairstyle resembling an open book with the sides flaring out, but more rounded inward at the nape of the neck.

En cuanto al color de los ojos quise usar unos cuantos tonos naranjas para formar una mirada intensa, cálida y llameante, y para el pintado de los labios si me decanté por tonos un poco mas salmones que se combinaran con la tonalidad de la piel. En lo que respecta al cabello decidí usar tonalidades rojas intensar para crear un peinado como estilo librito abierto hacia los lados, pero más redondeado hacia adentro en la zona del cuello.

For the costume, I decided to create a kind of one-piece suit made of spandex-like fabric—something like a suit a superheroine or someone with superpowers would wear. In this case, I used more purple tones to create the suit’s texture and shimmer. Finally, I used shades ranging from orange to red to create a sort of fire emerging from between Davannah’s fingers, building the flames from the outside in and then blending everything to achieve a more realistic effect; and then, as a complement to the main character, I created more flames, but much further back in the background.

Para la creación de la vestimenta se me ocurrió crear una especie de traje de estilo enterizo con tela como de licra, algo así como un traje que usaría una super heroína, o persona con super poderes, en este caso use tenso mas morados para crear la textura del traje y los brillos. Finalmente tome algunos tonos entre el naranja y rojo para formar una especie de fuego emergiendo de entre los dedos de (Davannah), construir las flamas desde afuera hacia adentro y luego difumine todo para logra un efecto mas realista; y luego como complemento para el personaje principal cree mas flamas, pero justo mucho más atrás en el fondo.
