SLC31-W6: Shop & Share Challenge - Visit Any Store of Your Choice

Hello friends. Nice to have us here once more as I make my final entry in the shop and share challenge. I had earlier written about my preferred shopping places, whether for everyday needs or groceries. This choice of shop this time has remained my plan B shopping place.

Though I may not have total confidence in their item due to the originality index, they remain comfortably above average while striving to be original in their items and maintain integrity. The name of this shopping mall is "Royal Supermarket".

Before the entrance of the "Market Square" shopping mall, which happens to be a premium brand and home to household items, Royal Supermarket has continued to play this role for me.

Royal Supermarket is located at 77 Aba Owerri Road in Aba opposite Tonimas Fuel station. This is one of the longest and major roads inside the city. This place has continued to rebrand and rebuild structurally and in personnel strength. I have seen them recruit attendants who at every point assisted customers in locating their chosen items easily.

The customer service relationship management has been good and friendly. They are known to humbly and calmy put you through when sought after. I could also remember when I wrongly picked a different size of the item I needed, I came back just after stepping out from the building and they acknowledged it and got it replaced without much explanation.

However, when I walked in, I went straight to where I could get the items I needed knowing where to locate them. I picked an Iron sponge for washing cooking pots, I picked an air freshener for the restrooms, I also picked up a disinfectant and yoghurt for home use and snacking respectively.

The prices are affordable given the environment and peculiarities. There are several competitors within the city and the best they could do is to marginally tilt their prices without needing to be overzealous in profiteering.

In Royal Supermarket, they have built a brand for themselves. The arrangement of items that allows for easy access and identification makes it a place to visit. Every item has its section which makes.it easier to locate. They have been my substitute for my first choice, Market Square Mall, due to its proximity.

As I mentioned earlier, I have above-average ratings when it comes to the quality of items. At least there's this certainty that items purchased are original and still in their allowable expiry period. In fact, there is a section in the mall where "about to expire" items with a period of about 6 months are auctioned cheaply for customers' pickup. This shows an underlying commitment to get rid of expired products from the mall.

In locating Royal Supermarket in the city, it is situated at 77 Aba Owerri Road Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. A home of genuine items.
