◉ The Unbreakable Bond Between a Farmer and His Cow ❤️ ◉
In a small village. There lived a hardworking farmer named Allah Ditta. His life was very simple. A small mud House a few acres of land and a beautiful white cow named “Chandni”. For Allah Dutta Chandni was not just an animal. But a part of his family. He talked to her as if she understood everything.
Every morning Allah Ditta would get up before sunrise. He would perform ablution. And pray and then go straight to the farm. As soon as he opened door. Chandni would make a joyful noise. And look at him with her big eyes. Allah Ditta would smile and pat her head and say.
“My good Chandni, today we have to work hard again.”
Chandni too seemed to understand what he was saying. She would stand still so that Allah Ditta could feed her. The farmer’s wife also often said that Chandni was the blessing of the house. Her milk would meet the needs of the children. And sometimes he would sell the extra milk to cover the household expenses.
Allah Ditta had two children Ahmed and Maryam. Both of them loved Chandni very much. Ahmed would go to her first after returning from school every day. Maryam would put colorful flowers around her neck and play with her. If anyone in the whole house was most important. It was Chandni. One year a severe drought hit the village Due to lack of rain the crops dried up. The soil of the fields started cracking. People started facing starvation in their homes. Allah Ditta also started getting very worried because all his hopes were on the crop. But when the crop failed. He was left with no source of income.
The conditions in the house were getting worse day by day. The children’s fees were left. The ration in the house was also getting less. One night, Allah Ditta was sitting quietly. His wife said softly
“If we sell Chandni, maybe we can live for a few days.”
Hearing this tears welled up in Allah Ditta’s eyes. He immediately said
“No! Selling Chandni would be like abandoning a member of your family.”
But things were not that easy. In the next few days lenders also started coming to the door. Finally one day Allah Ditta forced to decided to take Chandni to the city’s cattle market.
That morning the whole house was silent. Maryam was crying and Ahmed was repeatedly telling his father.
“Abu Don’t sell our Chandni.” But Allah Ditta had no choice. He held Chandni’s rope and slowly walked towards the market. Along the way Chandni would sometimes look at her owner. And sometimes try to stop. A s if she sensed that something was going to happen today.
The market was very noisy. People were busy buying and selling animals. Many people, seeing Chandni started asking her price. Because she was a really beautiful and healthy cow. A rich man offered a good price. Allah Ditta extended the rope towards the man with trembling hands. But at that moment Chandni let out a loud cry and looked at Allah Ditta with her big eyes. There was a strange sadness in her eyes. Allah Ditta's heart filled with joy. He remembered all the days when this same cow had been a source of sustenance for his children. When she had not stopped giving milk despite being sick. hen her children had been happy playing with her. Tears started flowing from Allah Ditta's eyes. He immediately pulled back the rope and said,
"Sorry I cannot sell my Chandni."
The man was surprised. But Allah Ditta did not waste a single moment. He took Chandni and walked back towards the village. He was silent on the way. But his heart was finding peace. It felt as if he had regained something very precious. As soon as the children reached home. They came running out happily. Maryam started crying while hugging Chandni while Ahmed started shouting happily.
“Ami! Abu brought Chandni back.”
After that day Allah Ditta did not give up. He started working day and night. Sometimes he would do labor. Sometimes he would work in people’s fields. Gradually things started to improve. After a few months. The rains started and the fields became green again.
One morning Allah Ditta was standing in his field. Looking at the blooming crops while Chandni was eating grass nearby. He smiled and said,
“You are truly a blessing to our house.”
The wind was blowing gently. The sunlight was spreading over the fields. And the satisfaction was clearly visible on Allah Ditta’s face. He understood one thing well that day. That animals are not only for the benefit of man. But they are also creatures of love loyalty and feeling. If a man loves them they also become a part of man’s happiness and sorrow.
Chandni was still present in this house today. But now she was no longer just a cow. But had become a symbol of hope joy and love for this family.
Here is my post for today. Which I have shared with all my friends. See you in the next post.

Wow! Indeed your story is very interesting. You are very right when you said that animals are not just for human benefits but also a source of joy in the home. When I was young I used to play with my father's little goat but when my dad decided to sell it I cried through out that day because I felt that I lost something important. Your post reminded me of that very day. Thanks for sharing.
It was great to read your beautiful memories. Animals are not just for the benefit of humans, they become close to the heart like family members. That memory of your childhood is very emotional, especially when you were so attached to your father's goat. Your words also touched my heart. I am happy to know that my post was able to bring back your old memories. Thank you very much for your lovely comment.
Your welcome ma'am, thank you too for your kind reply.
