Work today felt long and exhausting at first. Deadlines were looming, tasks kept piling up, and my energy was fading fast. But sometimes, it’s the small, unexpected moments that make the day feel lighter.

During lunch time, a colleague of my shared a funny story that had everyone laughing. Just that short break of laughter made me realize how important tiny joys are in our daily grind. Later, I noticed a simple act a co-worker leaving a note thanking someone for help reminded me that kindness at work matters more than we think.

By the end of the day, what seemed like an endless of work became manageable and even enjoyable, all because of these small, meaningful moments. It made me appreciate that work isn’t just about tasks it’s about the people, the laughter, and the relationship we have with each other matters.
