If I Rule...and If I Love”

Ever asked yourself what type of a husband you will become? Or what type of a leader would I be if I'm given the opportunity to rule? If yes I believe you've known the type of a husband or leadership you'll be and if no, that means you really have to start thinking.

Well I'm been thinking mine in the past two days and I've finally discovered the type of husband and a leader that I'll love to become in the future and this post provides you with all the details about the father and the leader I want to be, be my guest please.

Well if I'm given the opportunity to rule my country Nigeria there are certain changes I would like make to at least improves the citizens life, let's explore:

• Job opportunity.

lack of job opportunities is one reason the Nigerian citizens are suffering today, the leadership can't create a job opportunities to the citizens and as the results people graduate with a first class results and end up driving machines, engaging on job uneducated people should do.

You know the government doesn't great job opportunities directly, 90 percent of job opportunities comes from the private sectors so as a governor I'll make sure to impact the life of private sector by making my country an easy and safest place for job opportunities, legal business of all kind to operate.

• Free Education.

They said that Education is the key to success, it's not just about the certificate but because it gives people the tools their future. education create a creative mind that convert nothing to something, make smarts decisions and lots more. Some citizens has the zeal to approach education but they can't because of financial problems so if I'm given the opportunity to rule my country I'll make sure to provide a free of charge education from primary to secondary and then higher education.

• Security.

Lack of job opportunities has made some individual to live the live they wouldn't want to live, lots of individual has join a criminal gang and as the results the number of criminals case we hear in radio is uncountable and this has rise the need for security.

If I'm given the opportunity to govern my country I'll improve the security agencies by making sure that protection is sustainable to citizens i govern.

To me I believe that the lack of job opportunities is the major issue affecting my country today, when there's less work for individuals they go astray and explore any means to survive, some might join a robbery squad and then the need for security arise. As a governor my leadership approach of creating job awareness would definitely solve this issue.

Because I won't just create awareness, I'll create and help the private sectors to create job opportunities, when the citizens are aware of jobs and there's availability of job opportunities for them, the needs for security is 90 percent eliminated because almost everyone will have a daily income and passive income.

As a man I'm the head of my family and as caring husband/head of the family I love my family to be happy, both wife, children and me as well but to make this happen I have to foster some values to make my family, my home a peaceful one, let's explore.

• Handle my responsibility.

One of the husband responsibility is to provide shelter to the family, "so as a husband/ a father to be" I'll be sure to provide for my family because God wants every husband to care a proper care for his family.

• Love.

Love bond family together and I intend to love my family daily, by spending a quality time together, by allowing love to win over grudge, by doing anything a father should do to love his family.

• Respect.

As a loving and caring husband which I want to be, respect will be valuable by me and I'll show respect to my wife, my children by valuing their feelings, listen to advice and appreciate each other.

A husband that handles his family responsibility properly can definitely bestow a positive influence in the society. Providing your family needs and wants us like creating a job awareness and opportunities to the citizens of a country, it's actually a huge task to handle but a father that lays a good foundation at home can actually lay a good foundation in his country.

Being a good leadership at home is about loving family, providing for your family, caring for your family, listening and protecting your family against all odds, showing appreciation and celebrating every little wins, it's about forgiving your spouse, children and let it go, trust me a father that portray these qualities can influence a better leadership.

Because he understands that being a good leader is making the right choice to the people under you, it's about protecting your citizens feelings, it about caring and listening to the citizens you govern, it's about asking for your citizens opinion(the people around you), it's about keeping pride aside and doing what is right to the citizens.

In conclusion, Governing a country or being a good husband is really a complicated task for a man to handle, no matter how much you try as a man you won't satisfied all your citizens needs and sometimes it also be hard to satisfied your family, but in a world where leadership is complicated, we can make a little difference by loving the people under us.
