Harvest Time - Guinea Corn

Throw back to the time we harvested our guinea corn and then stored them to dry. It wasn't an easy task then but I learnt from a friend of mine who is a great farmer.

I took these shots a couple of years ago. That was a section of his own farm and we went along with some other people to assist us harvest his guinea corn.

The first step was to pull all the crops down,then a knife will be used to separate the food from its stem and another person will be packing them.
