Just Imagine that you are sitting down, your mind is really heavy and you ask yourself: "Why is it that anytime stress comes it feels like an enemy that wants to finish me?". If you look at it very well stress behaves like a teacher that does not smile but it is the one that trains you for real life. It is the kind of twist that many people miss. However, stress is truly like someone knocking at your door. Therefore anytime it comes it do tells you, that particular thing is important. If you are worried about your work it is a sign that you care about it so much. If you are restless before an exam it is stress that reminds you that you have not prepared it very well.
I remember one time when I was struggling, everything was choking me I was just complaining.. Later I realized that the stress was showing me what I was supposed to change. It is like when your body sweats. It tells you that the heat is too much. Stress talks too. So It is up to you and me to decide if we will hear it.

Stress pressure can destroy a person if you do not know how to handle it.. If you can channel it, it will turn into a clear sharp focus. I remember one period when I had many tasks and my head was spinning. I just took a paper wrote everything down and arranged it one by one.
That tension that was supposed to confuse me was what made me concentrate much better. Stress is like a fuel to me. So if you pour it carelessly it can burn you.. If you put it into an engine it will move you forward. That is how I use tension to focus on what matters the most.
Growing Stronger Through Challenges |

Life is not smooth, challenges are everywhere.. It is, inside those challenges that stress shows that a person can grows much stronger. Try to think of it like when you are lifting a heavy load or doing weight lifting. It is that weight that builds your strength and power. So each time I face problems I remind myself that it is a training ground.
The day I did not have transport money I walked a very far distance. That stress did not kill me it taught me endurance. That is how every challenge adds one layer of resilience. Stress polishes a person, it shapes you into a version of yourself.
My Summary |

So in grand final, stress is not a curse it is a coded blessing. It signals what matters the most and it pushes you to focus and it builds you stronger. Therefore anytime stress knocks on your door and comes to you do not just get angry. Do well to ask yourself: "How can I use this particular stress moment and turn it into strength?" Because it is the same fire that can burn a bush that also cooks food in a pot.
