How are you all, I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I came here to make a new post. But today I am going to participate in a competition. Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Bread Making// " Flat Bread ". I really liked the idea of this week's recipe. Usually, I really like eating roti and paratha. Moreover, we always have roti or paratha for breakfast. And it is a perfect breakfast. I also like making and eating such roti parathas. For that, I made Lachcha Paratha today. I like eating them a lot. And when I made them, I liked them a lot. I hope you like them too.

Details :
First, I took the flour in a bowl. Then I added some oil. Then I added some salt. Then I mixed them well.
Then I mixed it with little water. After that, I slowly kneaded it with my hands to make a dough. I let it rest for a while.
Then I took some dough and shaped it into a loaf. Then I brushed oil on it.
Then I cut it into thin slices, brushed it with some oil, rolled it out, and rolled it out again.
Then I put a pan on the stove. Then I put the paratha in it. Then I turned it over a little. Then I put some oil in it. Then I turned it over and fried it. When it was fried, I took it off the stove.

I really like to eat roti at home. Roti and paratha are my favorite foods. Along with that, I like to make roti and paratha, laccha paratha, all of them. Sometimes I make roti as a morning snack. Sometimes I also like to make paratha. I don't always make laccha paratha. But I have made and eaten it before. So I thought I would make it this time too. It is a lot of fun to eat this paratha. Sometimes I make these parathas and eat them with my family. When I made them today, it was much more beautiful. It was also a lot of fun. I hope you will like it too.
