Newcomers Curators Team Application For July "Team New Era"

Dear Steemit Team, We sincerely thank you for giving us the golden opportunity to apply as community curators. We are applying for the July month curation program, as we have formed a separate team dedicated to supporting newcomers.Our team is working hard to ensure that they can complete their tasks smoothly on this platform.Where they will be provided with various facilities to use this platform more easily.So that they can get work opportunities here without any problems.
The primary focus of this team is to support and help new users joining the platform to grow. Presenting concise and simple explanations on how to solve any problems they may have and how they can move forward and build their position on this platform.It must also be ensured that the team's activities are not limited only to voting support but also verify the authenticity of new users, provide them with necessary guidelines, and encourage them to build their reputation on the platform.

The team will also check whether any account is abusing the rules, and the team members will work to detect such instances. Different types of theft will serve as sufficient protection to avoid plagiarism and various content created with AI. this team is applying for the July curation program to support newcomers. This team will serve as a mentor for newcomers so we are introducing to you Team New Era.

I’ve worked in many communities and also been verified there. This is @drhira, joined Steemit platform on May 2021, its about 5 years have completed successfully. Though interaction with different friends and family I was able to overcome all the challenges which I had faced when I was a newcomer.

Since the time I have joined Steemit platform I am working actively without any power down history, hence sharing my daily diary, participation in contests and also in challenges its awesome experience; I am in love when I interact and engaged with my friends posts. I'm from Nigeria, the giant of Africa, I was born and raised in my country, and out of the many languages in my country, I understand and speak English, Ibibio and Nigerian pidgin.

I joined steemit may 2021 and since then I've been actively posting till now. I came to like the creativity, skills learned, and other activities on the blog and choose to remain active.

I am smart, diligent and hardworking, I worked as newcomer community curator for 4 month, I understand what is expected of me as a curator.

I like reading post from all areas in the platform, ranging from crypto, art and craft, health, foods, lifestyle creative writing etc. I'm not also limited to any activities initiated by the steemit team I support it.

I joined Steemit in 2021 and, since then, I've been dedicated to supporting all the initiatives on the platform. I've primarily been a content creator, initially focused on writing, and now creating videos. I enjoy telling stories, sharing anecdotes, and expressing opinions in both formats. I've held various positions within communities and initiatives that have helped me understand how it works and the proper use of available resources. These positions include:

Our first goal will be to provide all kinds of guidance so that the newcomers can continue their work here very nicely and efficiently and without any difficulty. Our team members have previously applied these methods in building their own communities, making them fully experienced in providing the correct guidelines to newcomers and we are very alert to fake and duplicate accounts created just to get rewards. their interest in creating their own content and not to express their interest in publishing content using AI tools in this era.

We will not limit our task only to voting for newcomersWe will check the quality of any user's post as soon as they vote for it here and identify all their mistakes and provide guidance so that they can post more accurately and neatly in the future. Currently, the plagiarism base has increased a lot, which is causing imbalance in the platform environment, and our team will always monitor it to ensure that new people can come out and post quality content.

Our team member have previous experience in serving in newcomer communities Using a variety of modern tools, all aspects of their posts will be considered and specific solutions to their problems will be provided by identifying problematic posts.Of course, our team will definitely try to provide solutions after identifying various issues.

All our team members are skilled in using various tools and detecting abuse and they are experienced in checking for plagiarism, However, we will always try to provide all kinds of help to new users so that they do not do such things next time.
So consider us as a Newcomer focused team in July month and we ensure that we carry out our important duties properly.
