SC-S31-W1 // Bread Making// " Flat Bread ".
What type of bread do you make at your home. Have you tried flat bread before?(2 Mark) |

Personally I love bread. I can eat bread every day and not get tired of eating it. We mostly buy our bread from the bakery or from a supermarket. While growing up, my sister loved to bake so she bakes bread using the oven.
I didn't really pay attention to my sister while she made bread. I just like to enjoy it only when she was done making it. I could only assist her with other chores surrounding the baking of the bread.
At home we make white breads and muffins. And I enjoy the white bread a lot with ground nuts or with my tea for breakfast or dinner.
No , I have not tried to make flat bread before. This is my first time of trying it out sincerely. I only see flat bread in super markets and admired them from afar. I never knew it can be that easy to make.

Making the Roti proper
I took a small portion of the dough and make them into equal sizes of ball.
Next I roll the dough with rolling pin making sure they all have the same thickness.

I put my pan on fire to get hot and placed my rolled dough into it to cook.
I turned it to other other side making sure it doesn't get burnt
