Today is Friday. Friday's routine is a little different. I had breakfast and started studying for the Friday speech. Then, until Friday, I had no special or important engagement that can be described. However, I will tell you some interesting stories about the Friday speech.

Language is a great blessing of Allah Almighty, which is reminded in Surah Ar-Rahman, where it is said that after creating man, He taught him speech. The meaning is that language is the means by which man expresses his innermost thoughts. If there is a language and a person cannot speak, then the person is mute and cannot call out to his mother or father.
Then it was said that the meaning is that a companion said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you fear from me the most?" He said, "I fear your tongue the most." That is, control your tongue.
Similarly, when asked on another occasion, he said, "I am the one who is saved." He was told, "Control your tongue."
There is another meaning. It is said in the tradition that in the morning, all the parts of a person cry out through their tongues. If it is bad, we too will be angry. If it remains fair, we too will remain fair.

Nonsense

Irrelevant talk is also done through the tongue and is strictly prohibited. The meaning is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "A believer should either speak good or remain silent."
Another tradition states that whoever guarantees me his tongue and private parts, I guarantee him Paradise.

Lie

Lying is a great sin and it is also spoken through the tongue. It has been said about this that there are three signs of a hypocrite, one of which is that whenever he speaks, he will lie.
In another place, he said, "Beware of lying, for lying leads to sin, and sin leads to fire, that is, hell."
In another hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "A believer can be a coward or a miser, but a believer can never lie."
