Welcome to the fourth week of the Real-Life Problem Solving Challenge. In this challenge, we will discuss practical problems in daily life and find more effective solutions to improve everyone's quality of life.

After successfully focusing on time management in the third week, we have now entered the next phase of our challenge, which is an important part of everyday life: Reduce Mobile Addiction

Mobile phones have become an integral part of our modern lives, which we use for communication, online shopping, entertainment, education, banking, and other daily activities. While technology is making our lives much easier, these smartphones have also become a big problem in our lives. Many people keep scrolling on social media, watching videos, and playing games; in this way, they spend many hours every day, but they do not realise at all how much time has passed.

Excessive use of mobile phones can greatly affect our physical health, mental well-being, sleep quality, and even our relationships with family and friends. Sometimes we pick up our mobile phones out of habit rather than necessity, which leads to us looking at the screen at unnecessary times, which distracts us from our important tasks. Developing healthy digital habits is therefore becoming increasingly important in today's fast-paced world.

The purpose of organising this challenge is to examine all the patterns that lead to excessive screen time. We will find some practical ways to reduce our dependence on mobile so that we can avoid screen time and get more involved in physical activity. We will encourage all those who will set good examples so that we can promote health and balance and choose activities that are good for us, that will take us out of our digital lives and into real life.

02What are the reasons why you use your mobile phone so much?

Tell us why you use your mobile phone. Is it for gaming? Is it for communication with someone? Is it for work? Or do you spend time on social media? Tell us more about how screen time affects your life. Share at least 2 activity pictures.

03Share three physical activities that take you away from screen time.

What are the three activities that you can adopt to reduce your mobile phone usage, and what are the benefits of them? Explain everything with pictures. Include your selfie.

04What benefits did you see when you reduced your screen time?

Tell us about your history, how much screen time you had at first, and how much of your activity screen time is left after doing all these physical activities. Also, tell us how you will benefit from it.

05What advice would you give to others to avoid excessive screen time and reduce mobile phone use?

Share all the tips that everyone can benefit from. Everyone should reduce their screen time, get more involved in physical activities, and keep their health sharp.
