I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I will participate in a great engagement challenge in the first week of the Engagement Challenge Season 31. As a curious adventurer, I will share with you about an important workplace in Gazipur district. So let's get started.

What kind of workplace did you visit? Briefly introduce yourself.

Today I visited the District and Sessions Judge Court, Gazipur. The District and Sessions Judge Court is located next to the DC office of Joydevpur, Gazipur. The court is located on the north side of Rajbari Field Road, along the main road. The court has different departments and this court has a total of three floors. Different types of government activities are conducted on each floor. This court is always busy for five days except two days a week, i.e. Friday and Saturday.

There is a crowd of lawyers, judges and ordinary people busy with their work here. Although taking pictures of this court is prohibited, I have tried to review this court through some pictures. This government workplace is controlled by CCTV cameras and there are many government administrations here.

This three-story prominent building is built in a round shape and various types of trees are planted in the open field in the middle. There is a canteen for ordinary or working people on the ground floor. That is, different types of accused are heard or granted bail in this judge's court.

What were the activities, services and facilities of this place? (With pictures + prices, videos)

According to the law of Bangladesh, the District and Sessions Judge's Court of Gazipur is basically the district's head civil and criminal judicial institution. In this court, appeal hearings of lower courts, trial of cases, vivishan and jamil related activities are done. In addition, some judicial activities are included in the jurisdiction of the Judge Court such as women and child abuse prevention and money loan courts.

There is a car parking space inside the court and good seating arrangements have been made for the general public. Seating arrangements have been made here in a natural environment. There are separate court rooms on the ground floor, second floor and third floor of this three-storey building. In addition, there is a garbage basket in the balcony and the court is always kept clean and tidy by the clean staff. There are different types of lawyers here who can appeal to the judge for the aggrieved people. If you come here, you will see that there are government officials who are busy with court activities every day.

What is the main work or special service of this organization?

District and Sessions Judge Court There are a total of 12 courts in Gazipur. Digital dashboards and virtual courts are used here to dispose of cases quickly. Various important cases are heard here for bail. In addition, various urgent applications of the Criminal Procedure Code are heard. Sometimes, if the bail of some important accused is not heard, then the defendants apply to the High Court.

In short, the main work of this court is to conduct speedy trial of civil and criminal cases, hearing appeals against the verdicts of the lower courts. Here, numerous common people appeal to the Judge's Court every day in the hope of getting their justice. Many people get appeals from this Judge's Court and get justice. Here, to get justice, you have to fight with the other party through a retired lawyer.

The District and Sessions Judge's Court is a workplace where no one goes for a walk, but everyone goes for the need. But I went there as a very adventurous person and got to know about the different types of activities of this court and I also had a lot of experience. This is the first time I went to the judge's court.

When I went there, I saw many victims who are running from one place to another through lawyers in the hope of getting their justice. However, no activities are done against the law here. After going here, I realized one thing that the law runs according to its rules, that is, even if you want, you will not get justice from here by violating the law. If you are a victim, then you must carefully conduct your justice through lawyers because there are a lot of brokers here.

I went there with my victim relative and one of my relatives is in political jail. That person's bail hearing date was today in the judge's court. But I went there and visited every room of the building.
