How are you all? Welcome everyone to this milestone journey of experience. First of all, I would like to thank you @jimiaera02 and especially for organizing this SLC32-W1 | Explore On The Maps : Explore Educational Zone. Today I will take you to a traditional place in Rangpur district of Bangladesh. Where I will highlight some interesting moments of my childhood memories and primary school life. Which will make me familiar and united with the tradition again.

Education is one of the greatest dreams and aspirations of human life. It is an interesting treasure trove of money, effort and experience. To let yourself be immersed in such a treasure trove is to include yourself in challenging education. Some places that are part of our lives include mediation with the past and future. An institution is going to include itself again with security and beautiful times.

This special primary school is located in Uttam Union of Rangpur District, Bangladesh. Uttam Government Primary School. This primary school is located about one kilometer from our house. This special institution provides education up to the fifth grade under the Primary Headquarters Directorate.

The teachers here usually teach from first to fifth grade as per the rules. There is a branch and a sitting area in the inner part of the school. There are usually two office workers and 8 teachers working here at present. But in 2000, this institution was one of the best in this area and was a good part of the rural environment for studying. At that time, there was only one primary school in this area. The people of our area used to help their children travel to school by crossing the road on their own responsibility. I studied here up to fifth grade. This school is well-known to me and I still meet the math teacher. However, compared to the previous building, this primary school has improved a lot and has given good results in studies.

This particular Uttam Government Primary School was established as a semi-government based educational institution in 1973. The construction of this new building was generally completed in 2005. However, in 2014, this particular semi-government primary school has been providing education under the government's jurisdiction.

Generally, as a great government educational institution, there is a stipend system for students who do well in the fifth grade. Along with the transportation system, the school is very easy to reach. Especially, students from three villages get the opportunity to study free of cost. Along with this, there is a system of free education by providing necessary books and papers as per the government. This primary government primary school is full of memories and good facilities.

The old building is not usually used for education. However, there is a washroom next to it for male and female students. However, there is a separate washroom for female students. The classrooms usually have lighting and fans. Through which the students can study and achieve their comfortable education. There is a main gate here, where a government-based security guard is stationed. Along with this, two office bearers also look after the various facilities and difficulties of the students.

There is a huge 3000 square feet field. In this field, students can usually play happily during the tiffin period. However, this educational institution is open from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. In between, there is an hour of tiffin time from 1 to 2 pm. However, classes are held until 2 pm on Thursdays. After that, they are given a holiday.

The environmental management of the education area is very good. Currently, we are having light rainfall in Bangladesh. So there is some water accumulation in front of the school. Although the place is very low. Since the school is currently closed for Eid celebrations, the water drainage system is closed. However, at other times, this place is very good environmentally. There are small and large trees and shade around. In this field, students happily spend their tiffin period time. However, there is a very clean environment inside the classroom. Also, the stairs are clean. There is a place to throw garbage at a specific place. Here, an environmental control officer helps students to throw garbage in the right place. And he plays a role in keeping the surroundings of the primary school, including the washrooms and the interior, including the stairs, clean.

Visiting here has awakened my deepest memories. And I have got the opportunity to see this place anew again. I have enjoyed the natural weather and plants here. Along with this, I have gained a better idea or experience about the free education and facilities here. I have come to know that the teachers continue their studies according to strict rules with the students. But I have been here before.

However, immediate measures should be taken to drain the water in front of the school. To increase the quality of education, first of all, teachers should be given good training. So that they can convince the parents and bring the children to school according to the rules. Along with studies, opportunities should be given for various sports such as dancing, singing, poetry recitation. Along with education, various cultural programs including dancing, singing, etc., poetry recitation should be added. Along with this, debate competitions should be organized in an educational way. So that their educational skills and outside knowledge are good. Along with this, they can go to a good position at the upazila district level and in the future they can develop into self-educated citizens.
