While answering the question, I am first discussing this shop with you. As a delicious shop, I will talk about the shik kebab shop located by the roadside. If I talk about the location of this shop, I would say it is situated in Bogura district in North Bengal, Bangladesh. The most important place is that this shop is by the roadside on Sherpur Road in Kokoni Bazar.

Seeing the shop, it is definitely clear that this is the shik kebab sitting by the roadside in Kokoni Bazar. In this shop, a single shopkeeper runs the business himself. He personally prepares here and makes shik kebabs in a unique way using beef, chicken, and goat meat. Alongside kebabs, he also sells bread that accompanies the kebabs.

This question asks about the facilities. I want to talk about the facilities where it is mentioned first about the food arrangement. I have said at the beginning that since it is beside a road, there isn't much to say about the high standard of the food arrangement. You can just say there is a beautiful environment under the night sky above. There is a separate arrangement of chairs for eating. Sitting on the chairs, customers can eat very nicely using bowls; this is the food arrangement.

As for the cleanliness of the food, the surroundings are beautiful, with light gentle breeze all around, and there is a beautiful view at night. Honestly, it is not eaten during the day, but rather it is considered more for eating and cleanliness. If I say in terms of cooking, they bring the meat beforehand—beef, goat, and chicken meat. It is cleaned beforehand, then cooked over fire with light, mild spices. And this is basically the system of shish kebab.

Here, there is a proper arrangement for cooking; fire is lit using various logs, and shish and skewers are used over it to maintain the heat. Additionally, the meat is carefully placed inside thin skewers, which allows it to cook well due to the heat of the skewer. Also, these flatbreads are very small and reasonably priced. They heat them in the same way, consistently.
