SLC31-W1: Shop & Share Challenge - Visit a Small Local Shop

Assalamu Alaikum friends. Today I am here to participate in a wonderful Steemit challenge competition organized by @josepha. The Topic of this challenge is SLC31-W1: Shop & Share Challenge - Visit a Small Local Shop. So let's get started.

We have to go to different shops to buy our daily necessities. That's why I went a little far from my city for a trip and had to go to a shop there to buy some of my products. There are very few grocery stores in tourist areas but I chose this shop because it has all kinds of products especially important medicines and drinks. The name of this shop is The Mukit Pharmacy. The shop is located next to the Shahjalal Mazar in Sylhet.

This is a necessary and familiar shop for all the people of the city so that everyone can buy their daily necessities from here. For the convenience of the customers, various types of products have been kept here only face to face. So that all the customers can see their necessary products from a distance.

There are different sections outside the shop, including mobile banking, mobile recharge, various types of dry food, necessary medicines, etc. Several angle CCTV cameras have been kept inside the shop to maintain security. As a local small shop, you will get all the important products here.

Here you will find different types of products that are most important to you, placed side by side. I went there with my cousin and we both needed two different products. My cousin went there to withdraw money from his bank account from mobile banking.

There are different types of mobile banking here including bKash, Nagad, Rocket etc. He withdrew money from mobile banking as per his wish. But I needed drinking water, so I bought mineral water from there. There are different sizes of water from different companies as per the needs of the customers.

The shopkeeper here treats everyone well. Because it is a tourist area, he has to treat all customers well. That is why all customers like him. When I went there, I asked the shopkeeper if he had any two-liter water bottles? So the shopkeeper suggested different types of water bottles to me. Out of these, I bought a water bottle and that shopping experience was very nice.

After eating, we always bought and drank water because water is a very safety issue in tourist areas. The shopping experience between the two of us was very nice and the bottles were kept in front of us according to the serial number so that we could choose according to the company.

Interacting with people and connecting with customers is the most important thing in every business. If you are involved in any business, then you must know the type of business and understand what the customer wants. Then you have to design the display of all the goods in your shop in such a way that all the customers from a distance are attracted to these products and immediately go to buy them.

The shop that I visited has two sections side by side from where the customers can buy the products they need. The shop is designed very beautifully and the exterior and interior decorations are very beautiful. If there are few customers in such a business, the owner should give discounts on different types of products. These are more liked by the customers.
