Hilsa fish raw broth for dinner

How are you all my friends, I hope you are all very well and healthy. Today, after a long time, I am sharing a small cooking post with you. Actually, I felt like sharing it with you.

When I came home after working all day. I thought about what to cook today. Then the two of us went to the shop next to us. Actually, there was no plan or what to cook. Because I had eaten meat yesterday. I was just thinking about buying something for dinner. Yesterday, I cooked meat at home, so I didn't feel like eating meat anymore today. I felt like I needed to eat something a little lighter.

While walking around the shop, I suddenly caught sight of the hilsa fish. The fish seemed very fresh. I usually wander around for a long time when I go to the market, but that day I didn't think much about it. After seeing the fish, I thought that a thin raw broth wouldn't be bad today.

When I came home, I first washed the fish well. Then I put a little turmeric and salt on it and left it. At this time, I often look at the fish. I don't know why, but I like to imagine how the food will be before I start cooking.

Then I put the pan on the stove. I added a little mustard oil. After the oil was hot, I added chopped onion and a few green chilies. As soon as I smelled the green chilies, I thought today's cooking would be good. For me, these moments are the most enjoyable part of cooking.

When the onion softened a little, I let it boil with water. Then I slowly dropped the fish into the broth. I always get a little scared when cooking hilsa fish. Because the fish is so soft that it breaks if you're a little careless.

After a few minutes, I saw a light layer of oil floating on the broth. Then I realized that the cooking was going well. To be honest, I really liked that scene. Seeing green green chilies floating in the yellow broth made my appetite increase even more.

After cooking was over, the smell of hilsa spread throughout the room. I didn't want to wait any longer. As I sat down to eat the broth with hot rice, I realized that my decision to go to the market today and buy hilsa was not a mistake at all.

Sometimes, even a very simple meal can be very satisfying. Tonight's dinner was exactly that for me.
