My Fitness Diary : Cardiovascular Exercise Highlight

Hello amicable fitness enthusiast and the novice, I believe you're all enjoying evening and I trust y'all had a wonderful and a remarkable day, I actually have a good day and and a nice cardio workout exercise with my fellow fitness client.

Cardiovascular exercise is that type of exercise that makes you yearn for extra breath because the intensity is always high and as the results it improves your endurance and also support your heart to perform properly.

Apparently cardio exercise cardio exercise helps to burn calories, helps in weight management, reduce the risk of heart disease, improves mood by activating endorphins AKA happy hormone and lots more, you see cardiovascular exercise has to offer if you love to incorporate it

One of the popular cardiovascular exercise is jumping jacks, a program that enable you to exercise your entire body by jumping and landing softly to prevent Injury, this exercise helps your heart to pump blood to its different stream effectively along with other benefits.

These pictures highlight the Cardio exercises that I incorporated which are jumping jacks, bending Jack and high knee routine. In this session you should know that I introduced these routine as a warm up programs, to get the body ready for the upcoming programs.

We incorporated it repetitively for seven minutes to get the muscles ready and then after a minute rest we jump to the main program which was abdominal exercises. It was actually a short cardio session with lots of benefits, you guys are welcome to incorporate as well.
