The Diary Game: (20/04/2026)_ Power Supply Problem, Snacking, Satisfying Cravings And Reading

No power supply

Hello my lovely friends, hope u guys are good it's chiamaka okoronta but my Steemit username is @chiamakag. So I woke up feeling sad and the reason was that throughout last night we didn't have power supply, not that there was no power supply in the hostel, we had power supply in the hostel but guess what? There was a heavy thunderstorm and it affected the power supply in each rooms, so there was power supply in the hostel but not inside the rooms of each occupant in the hostel and that really made me and other hostel occupants sad, because the room was so hot to sleep. I couldn't sleep well last, I had to wake up by 12am, 2am and 4am to bathe so I bathed like 3 times because of the heat.

So after bathing by 4am, luckily I slept off. When I woke up I decided to wash my dirty dishes I used in eating last night, I took my dishes outside, fetched water and washed them clean.

I wasn't feeling really hungry today which was very unusual because I'm a great foodie... I love food so much, so due to the fact I wasn't feeling hungry, I decided to get snacks to eat.

I went outside the hostel to a kiosk where they sell snacks for students, I thought for a while and then finally decided on the snacks to buy. So I bought the snacks, paid the seller and then went inside the hostel to eat my snacks.

When I got to my room I ate my snack while sitting on my bed, I ate the first one and then proceeded to the second one, after eating my snacks, I decided to rest a bit and ended up watching a movie, for the record I love watching movies especially when I'm eating, maybe I can say eating while watching movies makes me happy and glad.

After a while it was already late because I had dozed off after watching the movie, I began craving for some meat, I really love eating meat so much. I left the hostel to go get some meat. On reaching where they sell the meat, I selected the one I wanted and the seller sold them to me.

Cravings

Feeling super excited for having bought the meat, I went back to the hostel and ate the meat with satisfaction for having because I was really craving to eat it meat and I did so my cravings has been overcomed.

After eating the meat, I also rested for a while again for the records I love resting so much, after resting I decided to continue reading for my last exams, I just want to write this exams and travel back home, I've really missed my family back home.

Reading
I read for while in a place we call common room in our hostel. I didn't realise I had dozed off while reading until our portal in charge of the hostel tapped me that I have to go back to my room because she wanted to lock the inner gate as it was time already, I checked my phone and discovered that truly it was actually late. I stood up carried my books and went inside my room.
