"Prove yourself as the best artist for the week".

Greetings everyone participating in this contest today is such an interesting one, posting in this wonderful community is an awesome 😎one, once again I will be participating in this contest this week

For me - Drawing is the art of creating images, shapes, or designs by making lines on a surface using tools like pencil, pen, charcoal, or digital tools, but today I used my pencil as the major material to draw this amazing photo of @bossj23.

Today I decided to draw the boss of all bosses 😘 @bossj23, me drawing my close friend and helpful mentor in this wonderful 😊 platform is such an interesting one because is just like a dream come true, @bossj23 has been one of the wonderful guide for all Nigeria's and other people in this platform as a whole, he make sure that all his fellow Nigerian is not left behind, especially when there asked him any questions concerning the platform, he normally turn up for us that is why I take him as my mentor and personal guidian.

Step 1
I made sure that the plan paper doesn't have any stains on it, I shaded with my pencil ✏️ so that no mistake will be made when drawing, shading helps us to avoid unnecessary mistakes so that the work will be clean and neat, and I maked sure that I first of all wrote my user name and date on the top of the embossed paper before starting my drawing.

Step 2

I out-lined the head of the drawing and make sure that I try to follow how the shape is in the photo, because the head is the major beauty in any drawing, and any where I make any mistake I quickly cleaned it off

Step 3

In my step 3 I started drawing the eyes of my boss, although drawing the eyes is not so easy because am not good at drawing eyes so I cleaned alot and sharpened my pencil ✏️ more and more, and I carefully did it because eye curving is not so easy but it is the major beauty in any drawing, and I also carved the hair very well.

Step 4
In my step 4 I cross checked the ear, eyes, and I also started drawing the mouth and nose and curved it how it is in the image.

Step 5
I started out lining the bears and cross checked my work clean where there is mistake to avoid the drawing from being so different from him.

Step 6

I started colouring the eyes and some part of the face, but I coloured it gradually to avoid mistakes, and I also coloured the hair.

Step 7

I coloured the bears and the two eyes of the drawing and I coloured the up lips and curved his mustache.

Step 8
I rounded up my drawing by making sure that they is no mistakes on it, I checked it over and over again.

The drawing took me 4 hours to finish because I don't want to hurry myself up and draw nonsense

Me drawing today is the motivation @dequeen gave me in this wonderful platform and I bit my chest and say that I will continue to draw in my leisure time, and drawing needs patience and endurance for me, and with all due respect I would love to invite 👇
