Genus Monolepta | Beautiful Beauty In A Small Body

When I went out to take pictures yesterday afternoon, this small insect caught my eye at first sight in the light of the sun amidst the green nature because of its bright colors. It is a beetle of the genus Monolepta, which is usually seen sitting on leaves. The combination of black, white and orange colors of their body tells a wonderful story of nature.

This small insect was sitting calmly on the leaf, just like a small creature immersed in its own world. The insect was sitting still on this green leaf, perhaps enjoying the peaceful environment of nature. Since the insect was sitting quietly and still, I was able to easily capture it on camera.

However, the color and structure of this insect's body made this insect interesting, especially the two narrow antennae on top of its head looked like an extraordinary piece of art.
