Preparing land for a new Farm

Trying to clear land just to start your big plantation is not a joke at all, it really is an incredibly demanding thing, and seeing a person struggling with the massive bush filled with dried up branches makes you understand how much work has been put into a land before planting begins. This is part of farming, it's the first thing done in preparing a land, you first clear it.

It is not only about sowing the seeds, the farmer has to make sure that the land is clean enough for the crop to grow.

The work might seem labor intensive. If you're to do this, you'll need to gather a lot of branches that will demand so much effort. The person needs to create piles of waste which should cover quite a considerable piece of land. But burning those piles seems to be the easiest solution since the fire burns all the branches leaving the ground absolutely clean and ashes which are beneficial for further soil development.

After burning all the piles of branches, the whole land looks so new and clean. There is still one last thing to do. Near the fence, the farmer is preparing the area for future crops using some particular device to make sure there will be no plants that would interfere with the crop growing.

So yeah, you can definitely say that farming is a time consuming job that demands so much effort, it doesn't discourage me from wanting my own but I actually appreciate my food much more.
