Ultra-processed foods -📣 ✨ THE BEST FOOD POST ✨ 📣WEEK #169
Welcome to best food post for this week. The theme for this week has been chosen ultra-processed foods or we better call it deep fried or processed foods. Beside snacks I also added biriyani rice that mostly found over processed because it should be served as hot meal. More or less we all often eat or love to taste ultra-processed foods.
There are many snack items that taste delicious and crispy for processing more than once. Deep fried snacks taste delicious when also added different condiments in it. Chicken items in our restaurants and fast food stores can be found ultra-processed. I've added chicken deep fried kebabs and also chicken sticks that ready for the deep fry.
Mutton biriyani was my meal or lunch from the restaurant. It was cooked but the heat of oven kept it hot for serving each time. I took a parcel because I love eating foods in my comfort zone and my room is only comfortable place where I can enjoy my biriyani or other foods as I want. There are many foodies crave for these ultra processed chicken, snacks and biriyani and they don't even care about their health. When it comes to taste, we people hardly care about health, sometimes for a change we can have them too but make sure our stomach can digest them well.
Take me as an example who's stomach start malfunctioning when eating such ultra processed foods so I better avoid them most of the time. I'm a foodie but I don't feel crave for ultra-processed chicken items. But sometimes a small amount can satisfy my foodie mouth.
