Picture a day : Bee'in Yellow
Keeping it yellow, sweet, bee'in all natural and hard working.
Was able to capture a really busy bee on a nice sunny day, somewhere in the end of March when I was starting to take a bit longer walks on the hunt to find first mushrooms, some natural vitamin D from the warm sun and in hopes of finding wild garlic that I found out it has two properties in it.
Since operation the only thing I have to limit myself is from vitamin K, not potassium but vitamin K. Everything that is green has vitamin K in it that is essential for us, but because of me now taking blood thinners I found out that wild garlic is green, so has a lot of vitamin K in it, but also contains chemicals in it that prevents blood cloths, main reason for me being on warfarin after my open heart surgery.

That capture of the bee is stunning, and the vibrant yellow tones really pop against the natural background. It is fascinating to learn about the dual properties of wild garlic regarding Vitamin K and blood clotting; I hope your recovery from open-heart surgery continues to go smoothly. Have you been able to find many other signs of spring or early mushrooms during your recent walks?
