Planning Your Future, Looking Back From the Future
The future is apparent, if you know where to look. Well, at least some parts.
We do not believe we can see into the future, mostly because that skill is beaten out of us.
We listen to news readers who tell us, with sure certainty, that the reason X happened is because Y. Like the reason the stock market fell is because people's fears of war, not that the Fed pulled money out of the market and told the plunge protection team to let it fall. When your head is filled with all kinds of wrong data, you doubt what you see of the future, because it doesn't make sense.
We are also taught only God can see the future, and so, you, not even a priest, are a blasphemer for talking about the future, let alone see it. So, be sure to bury anything you might see or feel about the future. Even though almost everyone has deja vu.
Very rich people seem to see the future. Like War-on Buffet. And, when he explains what he sees, most normal people do not get it. Because they have been programmed not to see it. And have been given false information all their lives. And, most of all, have been financially crippled from schooling. You can't comprehend, or understand what War-on said.
However, if you learn finance, and what the financial world is like. Get to a point where the "financial experts on TV" sound like idiots, or further, when they sound like liars. And then, when you catch glimpses of the future, you can use those to plan out your financial life.

Don't Be Deceived
If you ask a Real Estate agent, they will tell you it is the best time to buy a house. There is always a good way to spin what you see into "the right time to buy". They will tell you the market is looking up, when it is going down and Agents are finding new careers. (like they are now)
If you watch the TV, you will be ballooned up with any positive signs, and all the negative signs will be paved over. Dave Ramsthenewsdownyourthroat has been wrong soooo much, people believe he is a negative indicator. If Dave says invest, get out… The TV news is only useful to see what story T.H.E.Y. are feeding the flock.
Brokers are the worst. (They are called brokers, because they are broker than you) They often have a reason to sell certain things (they get more commissions on it or their brokerage commanded them to sell it). It is not very often you get an accurate story from a broker, and their information is usually useless. Else, they would be rich, and only playing a broker, for the fun of it.
Learn what the Fed is. Read The Creature From Jekyll Island and learn what they really do. When you know that there is a money spigot, and people who control it, you will never think "the market just went down on its own" You will look at the people around the spigot and what they are doing.

The future of real estate
THE!!!! indicator of the future of so many things, especially real estate, is demographics.
When you know that house prices are only high because there is more demand than there is housing, then everything flows from there.
Demographics are going down. Real estate will go down.
Now, do you understand one of the reason so many "immigrants" are in your country? If the number of people wanting houses does not go up, the price does not go up. So, get more people, no matter how you do it.
Now, imagine the future. What does it look like? Which direction are trends going?
Are your cities looking bigger and brighter? Or are they looking like a dystopian novel?
Are the people happy? Or are they suffering?
These are actual indicators of what is going on. So, then, follow the trends. The real stuff, not the movies, not the TV.
And figure out what is really happening. People are living on the streets. What happened to where they were living? Did we mow down a bunch of apartments, so now people are out on the street? No, in fact we build a lot more houses everywhere. Find out who is filling them. Find out who is sending their "kids" to Learing Centers. Who is paying for those Learing Centers.
When you start noticing these things, you can make accurate predictions of what is going to happen.

Total speculation out of my ass
There are a lot of things coming out of left field. That aren't really noticeable. This is the reason you will want to develop your ability to see the future. (as it is, as it is coming towards you)
The "immigrants" will go home. It is part of the "finding your family", the Great Migration.
What is not included in that, is how. What i see is a growing anger. People are tired of their bad behavior. People have sat quietly for too long. It will erupt, probably sparked off by some group of "immigrants" doing something BAD. Something that normal people will not accept. And many "immigrants" will die, and worse. They will not be welcome here anymore.
The we see a "run for the border". (this gets bloody on both sides)
Imagine a lot of empty houses suddenly springing up in your area.
Also imagine that everyone who could afford to leave, left. Left to small towns. Got out of the falling apart cities.
Imagine a bunch of jobs missing from the cities. They are no longer where the jobs are.
And so, commercial real estate crashes. No jobs, no cubicle needed, no building needed…
No money to spend, no people buying things, no stores. No need for store space. No buildings needed…
All of this ends up with a lot of expensive real estate no longer being needed. The stories of these buildings going for 10¢ on the dollar are not fake, and will be numerous in the future.
So, what happens? There will be tons of empty houses in the cities. Entire housing tracts without a person there. Anyone who wants a suburban house will just have to remove all the cobwebs and start living there.
And i haven't even gotten into:
- Sea levels rising (or the ground sinking)
- unCivil Wars. More empty houses. More people fleeing
- the next Plandemic. T.H.E.Y. already got it ready.
- Food riots and starvation.
House prices are going down. The question is, "how fast", and is there any point where it levels off, or recovers? My current answer is off a cliff, and the real estate market goes away.

We know what happened when NYC implemented rent controls. And we see rent controls happening in California today. Do you think it will end up different this time?
Everywhere you look, the housing market is being killed, not helped out. Instead of actually solving homeless, we are moving towards cleaning them out with a flamethrower (escalation ends up here). The streets are not being cleaned up, so the future of the city looks gloomy, meaning real estate is going down.
If real estate is going down, what are your plans for the future? If your entire wealth is your house, then it may be the best option to sell it as soon as possible. Especially if rents are cheaper than mortgages in your area.
And, of course, my recommendation is that you get out of cities, and move to where you can grow your own food and raise your own chickens.
