Hi friends, welcome to my blog, I'm sure you've missed me. Well I've been a bit busy lately. Some unexpected situations which needed my attention began to show up all of a sudden. I had to give my time and attention to sort them. Now I'm glad I'm finally making a post. Let's get right into the contest.
How do you glance at the word situationship? Your viewpoint!
Interestingly, this word began trending lately or should I say I started taking cognizance of this word just recently. We even use the word jokingly to mock those who are actually into something that looks like a relationship. I used to think it was a word coined out of the word relationship, little did I know the word itself existed somehow.
Anyways if you carefully read what I have above, you can tell what situationship mean, it means a relationship that has no direction, nor has marriage in view. It lacks the commitment and effort that a real relationship should posses.
I would say its just like a time bomb waiting for the perfect time to explode. Unfortunately, this is the case of many youth and young adult today. They only want to explore without being committed and purposeful.
The main changes now that we glance at any relationships! The pros and cons of this situationship!
Personally, I do not see anything beneficial about being in a situationship. It even negates my belief system, trying to look for points to make it right in any way still seems to me like I'm endorsing it because what looks like pros for this would actually count for irresponsibility.
One of the parties in a relationship only wants to test the water, he doesn't want to be responsible or committed in any way, he doesn't want to be held accountable yet wants to enjoy every benefit that naturally comes with a relationship. Now you understand why I said it doesn't have any advantage.

The cons have been clearly spelt out if you carefully read the things I've mentioned above. One of the inevitable disadvantages of situationship is "Heartbreak". It's bound to happen, do not forget I said it's a time bomb. When one partner gets tired, he or she would feel like leaving the other partner who have obviously being led on in some ways.
So what's the point of not defining the relationship from the begining. Let us all help ourselves as youth by choosing to guard our hearts at all cost and be purposeful. Let us learn to ask the right question without allowing our emotions to interfere.
How a healthy relationship is significant for a child's growth and overall well-being! Your viewpoint!
How do I answer this now... I would say a healthy relationship between partners have significant positive effect on the child's growth because the child begins to learn early what love and support means, he doesn't learn this theoretically, he or she learns it experientially as both parent are committed to seeing that the child is well taken care of.

A child is a fruit of a relationship be it healthy or not but there's always a difference when such child is nurtured in an environment filled with so much love, care and commitment. You can tell the difference between a child who thrives under a healthy parent relationship and a child who doesn't.
This is my submission friends, i hop you found my entey interesting. Kindly let me know what you think about my entry in the comment session. Gracias!
