What do we get from exercising?

We certainly realize that we gain many benefits from regular exercise. Exercise is a physical activity, with immense benefits, especially for physical and mental health.
Regular exercise can provide certain benefits for physical and mental health, including maintaining ideal body weight, improving heart and bone health, and reducing stress. Physical activity can also increase stamina, improve mood through endorphins, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
Exercise is also believed to improve thinking power and brain activity. It helps with intelligent and positive thinking and affects body posture.
There are many types of exercise that we can do every day depending on the opportunities we have. Early exercise includes a leisurely walk or jog. Exercise can also be done in the afternoon, but is considered vigorous, such as soccer and volleyball. However, it can also be done in the evening, such as playing futsal or mini soccer.
However, mothers can also participate in sports activities such as yoga and other group exercises. The goal is simply to maintain good health, ensuring a healthy body, both inside and out.
Generally speaking, exercise not only supports physical health but also positively impacts mental health. Regular exercise can improve stamina and endurance, even help manage stress and increase sexual desire.
Exercise is one of the most practical and simple ways to maintain physical health, yet it is often overlooked. However, the benefits of regular exercise and active movement can make the body fitter, thus maintaining your health.
Therefore, let's make sure we exercise regularly every day to reap the positive benefits.
