I am very interested in participating in this Steemit engagement challenge, season 31, week 1, organized by @max-pro, so that we can learn more about the services rendered by different workplaces.

What kind of workplaces have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.

The type of workplace I visited is a government girls' school, which was established to provide quality education for girls only. Whenever I pass through the place, I usually like how they handle students in terms of discipline. It is meant for girls. By the time I went through their, the school was on holiday, and that's why most of the classes are closed.

The school is located along Alfa Yahya Road in Ilorin. I went there today in order to read so that I can improve my knowledge. This school contributes to community development, where girls from this area as well as from a long distance are enrolled in this citadel of learning.

How were the activities, services and facilities at this place? (With pictures + prices, videos)

The activities involved reading, learning, as well as engaging in different sports activities, where the sports master calls them out from their classes and moves to the school field to do some exercises that will improve their bodies. The service they give their students is knowledge and wisdom. They have toilet facilities where the young girls can excrete, so that they can be relieved.

Additionally, a water running system can also be found on the school premises where young girls can easily make use of it. Another thing is electricity, which aids learning so that students can use it to read.

What is the main function or special service of this organization?

The main function of this school is to provide education as well as to build the next generation with intellectual growth, as well as for the students to be able to make progress in any career they choose in their future endeavors. Another purpose why this school is established is for the students to have knowledge of different subjects such as maths, English, social studies, health education, and so on.

Discipline given to these students plays an important role in order for society to function effectively. They teach young girls to be able to think critically in order to solve some challenges they face in real life.

The experience I have is that the school is quite calm, where I see some people sitting under the Neem tree. I enjoy the fresh air as well as chatting. The school has a mosque that is open to all. During the time I prayed Asri, I was welcomed and even asked where to get water; they showed me the way.

The environment improves learning, where young girls can stay under the tree to read for exams that may be organized by their school.
