Where is it located and how to get here?
This handicraft shop is located in the Old Market area of Parbatipur town. To visit this place, you first need to come to Parbatipur Old Market. From there, the shop is only one or two minutes away because it is situated inside the market area. If you ask anyone in the market about the handicraft shop, they can easily show you the location.

A brief history of the store, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.
This shop mainly sells handmade bamboo products. The owner is a local handicraft businessman who collects bamboo from different places and makes these products by himself. He has been running this business for many years with hard work and dedication.
There is no online communication system or social media contact for the shop, which is a little unfortunate. However, the owner is a very polite and friendly person. I noticed that he talked nicely with everyone and managed the entire shop alone.

Provide clear details about their activities. How many employees are engaged in what work?
Their main activity is collecting bamboo and making different handicraft products from it. Most of the products are handmade at home and later brought to the market for sale. These products are commonly used in daily life by many people in rural areas.
The owner runs the entire shop by himself and there are no employees working here. Since he manages everything alone, he does not need to pay any staff salary. Even though the shop is small, the products are arranged nicely and customers can easily look around.

What are the facilities like? For example, electricity, Security, etc.
Although this is a small handicraft shop, it still has some useful facilities. There is a parking area nearby for customers. The shop does not have CCTV cameras because it is a small business. However, electricity service is available here. When power cuts happen, the market authority supplies electricity through generators.

Since this is a small local handicraft shop, payments are mainly done through cash only. Currently, there is no online payment system available here.
Which product did you purchase from here? It should be shown. It would be better to show proof of payment.
I did not buy anything from this shop on that day because I mainly visited the market to look around and buy some daily necessities. However, I liked the bamboo products very much. In the future, I plan to buy some Kula and hand fans for household use. So, I did not make any purchase from this shop during my visit.
It would be great if you could provide your review feedback on how their service is.
In my opinion, their service was very good. Even though the owner manages the whole shop alone, he treated every customer politely and explained the details of each product very clearly.
I also noticed that some products were available at slightly lower prices compared to other shops in the market. The shop was clean and organized, which made the environment comfortable for customers. Overall, I had a very positive experience visiting this handicraft shop and I really liked the collection of bamboo-made products.
