Hello dear friends,
Today, I have come to participate in the sixth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S32/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @jyoti-thelight ma'am. She has brought a wonderful challenge whose name is "Traditional Milkshakes that beat the heat- Jackfruit Milkshake ". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Jackfruit is a popular fruit in our country. Not only that, but it is also the national fruit of our country. Jackfruit is produced in large quantities here. People of all classes enjoy it. Various types of food are prepared with jackfruit here, as well as its extensive use in making various drinks.
Below, I am mentioning the names of some foods and drinks made with jackfruit-
🍈Jackfruit-based food products
- Ripe jackfruit: It is eaten by removing the pulp from the jackfruit and enjoying it.
- Raw jackfruit curry-It is used while making curry.
- Jackfruit pickle-It is prepared with the help of various spices.
- Jackfruit chips: It is prepared by various processing.
- Dried jackfruit pieces: It is eaten fried, made into stuffing, and eaten.
- Jackfruit is also used to make jam, jelly, chutney, candy, ice cream, cake, bread, muffin,
biscuits/cookies, pudding, halwa, pies, curd etc.
🥤Jackfruit-based drinks
Fresh jackfruit juice smoothies, milkshakes, lassi, curd drinks, nectars, squash, sherbet, iced drinks, fruit punch, etc., are made from jackfruit.

Now I will make a delicious jackfruit milkshake as per the instructions of the respected teacher @jyoti-thelight ma'am. Before starting the milkshake preparation, I will introduce its ingredients.
🍈🥤Ingredients to make the Jackfruit milkshake

| Milk | 1/2 liter |
| Sugar | 5 spoons |
| Wood nuts | 4 pieces. |
Using the above items, I will now make a delicious jackfruit milkshake and I am going to present its tutorial.-
🍈🥤Tutorials to make the Jackfruit milkshake
🥤Step 1:-
- First, I take a few jackfruit cells (7 cells) and separate the seeds from them.

🥤Step 2:-
- Now cut the cells into small pieces and arrange them on a plate.
- Then I take a blender, put the small pieces of jackfruit in the blender.

- Now add 5 spoons of sugar and a little milk to the blender.

🥤Step 4:-
- Now I blend the jackfruit mixed with milk. When it is blended, I blend it well again with the remaining milk inside.

- Now I take two glasses. Pour the blended jackfruit mixed with milk into the glass.
- To make the jackfruit milkshake more enjoyable, now cut four kathalam into small pieces and put them in the glass.

I really enjoyed how you explained the different jackfruit-based foods and beverages available in your country before presenting the recipe. The fruit is rare and seasonal in my country, and people in my locality named it fig fruit, maybe the name was gotten from the Bible. Hahaha
