Harvesting Mangoes in My home garden
There is a mango tree in my home garden; since it is currently mango season, the tree has yielded an exceptionally abundant harvest this year. I picked mangoes twice—once last week and again today. Each mango weighed approximately 700 grams. I used a long pole and a bag to pick the mangoes; however, a few of them still fell to the ground. This time, I gathered enough mangoes to fill an entire tub; I estimate their total weight to be around 15 kilograms. I plan to sell half of them to local fruit vendors and gift a few to my neighbors; the remainder will be kept at home to ripen, after which we will consume them ourselves. There are still plenty of mangoes left on the tree, which we will pick once they have grown larger.
