Cur8 Space Shooter 2 and Blocky Road
After playing the Space Shooter 2 Tactical Evolution on Cur8 games I can say the galaxy truly isn't going to save itself, lol. Although it's just a game, I like to imagine it happening real life so it's more fun in my head when I'm playing.
I wanted to master playing it on phone although I can swear if I play this thing on a laptop it'll be so much easier because I was so good at chicken invaders, a game that's just a space craft shooting chickens just like this one.
But I wanted a situation where anywhere or anytime I can play. Blasting through the Iron Monolith is the newest update for the game and it does have an undoubtedly modern gameplay mechanics. I would have complained about how sensitive and at the same time not so sensitive the controls are but if I'll be honest it's only because I was playing on phone.
Choosing the Heavy Hitter
For this game, I decided to move away from the agile Interceptor and switch to piloting the Titan. This ship is designed to withstand damage and output high amounts of damage too. It is great for those who are not fans of constantly avoiding every single bullet your enemies fire. The first world or level was not difficult at all, it's the final boss that was a problem but I still beat them all. Well all that I could play.
The push to Level 10
This space shooter is easily one of the most engaging gameplay loops. I actually stopped myself because I knew I could keep playing over and over again.
The Titan ship has great firepower so it's good I chose it.
I was getting combos, 8x combo, I managed to get that after destroying the drones. I'm very happy when I get Level Clear, if I keep playing at some point they'll destroy my ship because it kept getting tougher. But like I said earlier, it's mobile game play, I can do way better and be able to move my ship way easier with keyboard that touch screen.

Achievement Unlocked Defeating the Iron Monolith
The most exciting part from this game play is reaching Level 10 The Boss Sector. The Monolith was definitely a test of Titan endurance. A gigantic, orange, one eyed machine, this boss almost fills the entire screen and it shoots continuously. Not easy to maneuver your ship out of that.
The battle duration for that 81.6 seconds. I took a 26 point damage hit, but the Titan's deep health pool kept me fighting. I was finally able to take it down, and I got a total score of 13,007. I earned my first gold star for the sector.
So it's a very fun game to play but I also played Blocky Road. The problem is I die so easily with Blocky Road. I also wasn't getting XP and coins, maybe I was but wasn't paying attention. But I enjoyed the games too, it's not always about the coins you gain but the fun you also have.
