The Jazz Club
The image in the painting led me to imagine that it was inspired by jazz musicians; for some strange reason, I associate suits and bow ties with jazz.
Although it is a musical style that is not popular in my country, it would be wonderful to have a jazz club where one could enjoy that music which, beyond melody, seems to have a soul—unlike the new styles I resist naming.
Perhaps I am very old school, but aside from instrumental music, I believe that all good music must have equally good lyrics, not like the poorly pronounced monosyllables of certain “singers.”
I suppose that if I had had the misfortune of being born after the year 2000, I might not even know that the word jazz defines a musical style, and I probably wouldn’t be writing something with more than three lines.
And please, don’t take this as a boastful speech—it is not my intention at all. These are merely brief thoughts inspired by an image that opened that beautiful door called imagination, which I should exercise more often.

La imagen del cuadro me llevó a imaginar que fue inspirada en músicos de jazz, por alguna razón extraña relaciono los trajes y las corbatas de moño con el jazz.
A pesar de que es un estilo musical que no es popular en mi país, sería bueno tener un club de jazz, en el que se pueda disfrutar de esa música que además de melodía parece tener alma, a diferencia de los nuevos estilos que me resisto a nombrar.
