Togetherness! 💞…….….....North Cascade Wanderings

My day began with ladies Bible study in our continuation of an in depth study on the Holy Spirit. It was a good study as always. 😇😎👍

Once home, I spent some time outside on my garden swing. @silvertop was in his birthday chaise lounge enjoying the outdoors as well. Around 2 PM, hunger drove me indoors as I’d not had lunch as of yet. After a lunch of cottage cheese and tuna fish, I suggested a coffee for us purchased for free with the stars I’d accumulated. However first, I drove us to Lynden City Park for a hike. I felt the need to try to loosen up my hip. It does not like going uphill. This park trail is mostly flat which I thought might be a good testing ground. I’ve not hiked in quite a while because of this hip conundrum.

As you can see, the weather was stellar! Much cooler than it been, but still plenty warm on the pavement.

We headed back to the car to go get the coffee.

It was kind of warm inside the Starbucks, so we set out for home via the scenic route and with air conditioning! 😅😎

It’s been a nice day! Tomorrow sees me headed to work with a busy rest of the week. Then, when Friday comes-after work, we pick up a rental car and pack for an early Saturday morning departure to go see baby granddaughter Olivia! 😍☺️ We can’t wait!

For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life you inherited from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or spot. He was known before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in the last times for your sake.
Through Him you believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and glorified Him; and so your faith and hope are in God.
