How did you find this place and what was the first thing you did when you got here?

This question contains two questions, meaning here how I found this place and which task I did first. I am answering these two questions differently. First, if I tell you about this mosque, I would say that it is one of the notable places in our Bogura district, that is, this mosque is located within Zia Medical Government Hospital. And it is very easy to find, and we know that from morning to midnight, patients and many attendants of the patients come there.

Mosques are often highlighted for such places. And they receive a lot of criticism because this is Zia Medical Hospital, and every person goes to hospitals. So I entered here very easily, and the first thing I intended to do after arriving was to perform prayer. The main reason for going to mosques is, first of all, prayer, and through performing prayer, the primary function of the mosque begins. Just like when I first started, whenever I wanted, I went there to perform prayer.

What sound or smell identifies this refuge?

This is a wonderful question. If I were to talk about this mosque, there is a difference between sound and smell. Smell cannot be experienced just by breathing; rather, it comes from a perception of the mind. Yet, if I want to describe it, I would say that the smell of this mosque is pure. Whenever people come to the most sacred place, everyone uses fragrance, perfumes, attars, etc., and because of using these things, the mosque has a particular scent. That scent is extremely beautiful.

Secondly, there is an aspect of sound here that is highly defined, and that is the call to prayer (Azan) for the five daily prayers, which is announced through the microphone for the worshippers. Allah and His Messenger have commanded that you call the Muslims at the correct times for the five daily prayers for their well-being. And for this purpose, the call to prayer (Azan) is given for the five daily prayers, which creates the sound and defines it.

What time of day do you prefer to go there and why?

This is a wonderful question. If I answer this question, I would say that I feel like coming here during the five daily prayers, and this is what I like. However, personally, in some cases, I prefer coming here a little more. Among them, the Fajr prayer time is what I like the most, and it is my preferred time to come. As far as we know, the most important prayer after our daily five prayers is the Fajr prayer, and this is our first prayer at the start of the day.

For this reason, personally, every prayer is important to me, but I consider the Fajr prayer as my favorite. After waking up, when the Fajr prayer is performed, I feel very good. And at this mosque, every person can easily come and perform the Fajr prayer. When the congregation for Fajr prayer is seen, it is clear that the worshippers are truly very interested in the Fajr prayer.

If there are places in the world where one wants to speak secret words, the best place to speak secret words is only the mosque and the holiest places. All these places call us and, once we enter, they want to tell us the reason we have come: I am giving you glad tidings. You cannot tell all these words to everyone. And that important word is that Paradise is inevitable for you.

It is true that we spend so much time performing prayers there, and through performing those prayers, the mosque secretly gives us good news: our lives are blessed, and we are on the right path. On this right path, we are in much greater happiness, even though in worldly life we face many discomforts. Still, we earn for the Hereafter and prepare for the Hereafter; this is what the mosque tells us secretly.
